Please say which phone you have and which version of the app — Settings, at the very bottom. It usually saves a round trip.
Nearly always framing. The phone has to see the joints that matter, and each exercise needs a different angle: squats and push-ups side-on, pull-ups from either side. Give it about 1.8 m for push-ups side-on, or 1.2 m if you film along your body. The screen tells you when something is out of frame — that hint is the fastest fix.
The counter refuses partial repetitions on purpose. A push-up counts when the shoulders come far enough down toward your hands; a pull-up when your elbows really bend on the bar. That strictness is the point: a number you cannot trust is worth nothing.
Open the shop and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same App Store or Google account that paid.
Refunds go through the store, not through us. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google: the order history in the Play Store.
Export and deletion are both in the app — see Delete your account. If you cannot get into the app, write to us.
Ads are not always available, and in some regions they depend on the consent choice you made. Nothing is lost when a video fails to load: the attempt is not counted against your daily limit.
If a counter gets something wrong repeatedly, Settings has a set recording switch. Turn it on, do the set that fails, then send us the recording — it is numbers only, no video, no image. It is by far the most useful thing you can give us.
